How we can help
We offer expert advice and support to Asylum seekers, refugees and their families. Our support in this area includes immigration advice and representation (not an exhaustive list):
- Advice and representation to asylum seekers during the asylum process. We also challenge wrongful asylum refusals, conducting appeals up to the Upper Tribunal.
- Avice and representation on various forms of refugee family reunion. We support UK-based refugees to be safely reunited with overseas family and help their family escape persecution/danger. We also appeal wrongful refusals up to the Upper Tribunal.
- Other relevant applications for asylum seekers and refugees such as indefinite leave to remain; permission to work applications.
Where possible, we will apply for legal aid (please note we have limited capacity to assist under legal aid).
My situation was really a mess, no one could help me before Refugee and Migrant Justice... I really appreciate the services here. The staff are so friendly and polite.
