Advice for people with leave to remain

Below are our fees. We charge different fees for those who are on a higher income. This income is defined as an annual salary of £30k per adult in the household and £10k per child in the household up to a maximum of £70k. If you earn above this threshold you will be subject to the higher fee.

The rest of our services are covered under charitable funding or legal aid and this service falls outside this. If we didn't charge fees for this we would not be able to offer it and while our fees are much lower than high street firms, we believe we can offer representation that is reliable and valuable.

If we are able to take on your case, you will be sent a link to book an appointment and pay your full fees. We will require the full fee paid to secure an appointment. If after taking on your case, we discover you should have been subject to the higher fee you will be invoiced for the remainder of the fee.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installment plans and require full payment up front.

Once you fill out the enquiry form, your enquiry will be sent to the relevant team manager. If we are able to support you we will let you know and add you to the waiting list. If you are applying to renew your leave to remain, 2 - 3 months ahead of the expiry date of your leave we will send you a link to book your appointment and pay our fee. Due to high demand, we only book appointments 1 - 2 months ahead of the expiry date.
