Our support in this area includes immigration advice and representation (non exhaustive list):
- To undocumented families to obtain status on the basis of their right to a private and family life, helping them obtain limited leave to remain and placing them on the pathway to more permanent status. These includes applications for leave to remain as a partner, child, parent (Appendix FM).
- To individuals who have established strong private life in the UK (Appendix PL)
To undocumented children, helping them to register as citizens or obtain leave to remain (on the basis of their private life or as dependents). - With fee waiver applications when applicants cannot afford the specified Home Office fees when regularising their status
- With change of conditions of leave applications (to have the “No Recourse to Public Funds” restriction lifted).
- With EUSS applications (for European citizens and their family members)
- With indefinite leave to remain applications for survivors of Demostic Violence or bereaved partners.
