Fighting for the rights of refugees and migrants
We work to support people in crisis, fight together to access justice and breakdown barriers that stand in peoples way. We help Refugees & Migrants feel safe, welcome and able to get on with their lives in the UK.
Immigration advice
We offer IAA Level 3-accredited immigration advice, helping asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable migrants with applications such as renewals, citizenship, and E-visas, often on a low-fee basis.

Other ways we help
Support for destitute refugees and migrants
We work help newly granted refugees and asylum seekers to secure or improve access to accommodation that they are entitled to, financial support, healthcare and other essential services. Our community hub and food bank provides support, community and classes to eligible clients.

Campaigning to change unfair legal systems
We actively campaign alongside people with lived experience, and supporters to highlight the issues faced by refuges and migrants, with the aim to change legal policy.

Indefinite Leave to Remain should be affordable for everyone. Let’s change the rules
Right now, many migrants, including children and young people, who’ve lived in the UK for decades are being locked out of permanent residency simply because they can’t afford it. We’re asking for a fee waiver for people who simply can’t afford this cost.
Reports and research based on our casework experience
Drawing on the insights from those we work with, and the expertise of our staff, these reports highlight the problems with our current legal systems to policy makers, politicians and the general public.
Can you help us support more people in their fight for justice?
We support over 1000 clients a year to overcome legal barriers to justice. Your donation will help us do more to ensure that refugee & migrants feel safe, their rights are upheld and are able to get on with their lives.
